Ján Fratič (chaplain in Pieštany) to 8 years of prison, Michal Petráš (jesuit priest, who his in Likavka near Ružomberok after his escape from the concentration camp in Podolínec) to 10 years of prison, Eugen Veselý (former self-employed man from Piešťany, who organised the crossing of the border) to 10 years of prison. All of the aforementioned people also received an additional penalty of confiscation of property, fine of 20 000 Czechoslovak crowns and loss of citizen rights for 10 years.
